What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your name, organisation, role, e-mail address, country and the question you describe. We use these only to respond to your request.
How the form works
Your request is sent to us by e-mail through our e-mail provider, Resend. The website does not store it in a database.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Netlify. Like any web server, it processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the service.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use tracking cookies. If visitor statistics are enabled, we use Plausible Analytics, which works without cookies and does not collect personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep your request no longer than necessary to handle it and any follow-up conversation.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing. Contact us at the e-mail address on the legal information page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
