Your knowledge base is yours
Every organisation gets a knowledge base of its own. Your material is kept separate and is not mixed with that of other organisations.

Purpose limitation
Material you share is used for the question you asked and for nothing else.

People and consent
People who take part in the decision simulator or an interview are told beforehand what is recorded, what it is used for and who receives it.

Sources you can check
Analyses are grounded: every statement links back to the passage, document or recorded decision it is based on, so you can verify it yourself.

Models and processors
Refinery uses large language models from more than one provider. A current list of sub-processors and data locations is available on request.
